This dark beer has matured for 12 months on vermouth barrels, developing a deep, complex character.The aroma opens with notes of dark chocolate, roasted malt, and caramel, interwoven with the herbal, lightly bitter accents of vermouth — think wood, clove, and a touch of orange peel.The flavor is full and rounded, with warm roasted tones, gentle sweetness, and an elegant spiciness in perfect balance.Oak from the barrel and a subtle hint of vanilla and dried fruit create a long, refined finish that invites slow enjoyment.
